Location of graphic files

This field is located on the Options > Resources tab.

Use this field to enter the default folder for storing graphic files; click Browse... to select a folder; this is a mandatory field. The Select Default File Dialog opens.

Please note:

• We recommend that you keep copies of all your graphic files in this folder. This ensures that when you insert a graphic element, the actual graphic image will be displayed in the Documaker document, instead of the default graphic placeholder image. However, for security reasons, you should not include certain graphic images, such as signatures.
• If a workspace is assigned to your document, the Add-In uses the Location of graphic files folder when you are inserting a graphic from a workspace definition file (WDF). You can use different graphic subfolders to store graphic files for different workspaces. For more information, see Inserting a Missing or Mismatched Graphic.
